My son had constipation issues. He helped him the best way. He did not recommend expensive tests or just any medicine. Very patient, he gives great advices. We love working with him and we will recommend to anyone in need.
Dr. Jeffress is a wonderful pediatrician who is both knowledgeable and very attentive. She takes his time during visits, never makes us feel rushed, and always explains things in a way that’s easy to understand. I really appreciate the care and attention she gives to my children , and it’s clear she truly cares about his patients.The only downside is the office logistics. My wife had a deeply troubling experience with Dr. Rafael Moncayo. During her visit today June 12th 2025 , he relied on information from Wikipedia to make medical decisions, which led to incorrect conclusions. Even worse, he accused my wife of using drugs without any medical evidence or proper testing. His tone was accusatory and unprofessional, making my wife feel insulted and disrespected. Was a patient for a year. Staff does not care, doctor barely talks to you. Labs a drawn, you’re charged for them, and they are never explained to you and forgotten about.
I've never left a review for a doctor, but our experience with Dr. Gaffney has been THAT bad. He is dismissive and unprofessional. The office staff is almost intentionally unhelpful and snarky. His unwillingness to transfer us to a movement disorder specialist in a timely fashion has undoubtedly led to further deterioration. Thankfully, other neurologists have stepped in and have helped tremendously!
I saw him in Sept. 2024 and already had diagnoses of two different neuropathies from Dr. Burrows. Because of new insurance, and I was experiencing autonomic symptoms, my PCP referred me to Dr. Gaffney. He turned out to be rude and dismissive. Months later, when I looked at the summary notes from my visit, he listed that I ‘reportedly’ had Small Fiber Neuropathy even though Dr. Burrows had confirmed the diagnosis earlier with skin punch biopsies. I absolutely loved Dr. Toni! She answered all my questions and made me feel at ease especially when I shared some personal concerns.
I just want to start off by saying that Dr. Anwar treated me very polite and was professional. The same cant be said about the rude and aggressive receptionist. Whenever I had a question or concern about an appointment, she would first give me the most vile stare and would procced to reply to me in the most condescending and passive aggressive way you could ever imagine.
