I am so glad I chose Dr. Mina to be my PCP. She has a direct and to the point way of dealing with her patients in a way at that shows she is listening to you and really cares about the issues you have come to address. The office staff is also great, and I have had nothing but good experiences. Dr. Mina and other staff members really work to make sure you get seen when you need to be seen, and they are very responsive to answering questions through the portal. Worst office staff I have ever encountered. Not sufficient time with Dr Mina to evaluate her directly, but she tried to bill me for physical when there was no physical conducted. not a good office culture.
You feel rushed and the communication is horrible. She was ok a few years ago when she started out but has now gotten bigger and you feel like a patient number. Portal is next to impossible to use. Try to call the office and you get a call center and wait on hold forever. You might get a callback or...you might not.
Dr. Mina treats me as a person not just a patient. She ask questions about my daily life to fully understand my medical situation and needs, not just the current issue.
Great doctor. Do what she tells you or unless you will get a bad report from her and you don't want that. She really cares for you and wants you to be a healthy person.
