Going to Dr. Eva Rubin’s office was a disappointing experience. She appears to be too busy, rushing out of the room, barely giving me the courtesy to explain my symptoms - as a first time patient there. I was barely able to talk to the doctor herself; instead, having to communicate through her assistant - in person and over the phone. If you’re looking for a doctor who will give you the time of day, this place isn’t for you.
Eva and her team are so supportive and understanding and give their all to making a difficult time as bearable as possible. She spends the time explaining every aspect of my treatment and has the patience to explain everything in detail to me. Alicia and Rickie who are part of her staff have been incredible in their support. You couldn't find a better pulmonologist.
