I’m extremely disappointed in the care I received from Ms. Eve Polar. From the beginning, I felt dismissed and unheard. Love Dr. Polar. She's a problem solver and immediately identified the real source of my stomach upset. Highly recommend her, and the group too.
It sucks that people had a negative experience with her but I did want to write my own experience with her as she’s been my doctor for about 4 years now. I’ve had great experiences with her, she’s super skilled, patient and understanding. i have been calling for 3 days for a referral to be faxed. the receptionist has told me, "i'm not rushing to do anything". She has put me on hold for 20 minutes multiple times and has left the office while I was put on hold TWO DAYS IN A ROW. I showed up asking for the referral since she refused to help me over the phone and she asked me to leave. i will be switching my doctor because of her . WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ! Nobody to speak to about this issue. one star is too many .
