Completely unprofessional and a waste if time. Heading to Key West for vacation, booked a fishing charter then made my plans around it. The week of my trip, I get a call the Capt Willis booked someone else and canceled our trip. Note that he has a Cc on file, and this was completely his fault. If you're planning a fishing charter, I'd book elsewhere unless you want your trip ruined and canceled at the last minute. Completely unprofessional!
