I met Dr. Gupta twice and both experiences have been wonderful. She is very attentive, calm, and takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I'm looking Forward to continuing my follow-up treatment with her in September.
heard this Dr and facility are great however there were some major missteps with my care and communication, fingers crossed for my upcoming tests and for a better communication between Dr and staff because I'm still waiting since end of July for my calls back to explain my other blood work and for my message to be answered on the portal... .. the fact that my blood work as off and dismissed, I ended up in the er for having an infection. Amazing drs and process for patients. Very thorough visit and took care to talk to me about everything!
I didn’t like the length of time the entire appointment took. My appointment was at 9:00 am, I got out at 10:40 am. That is way too long.
