Great experience at new building with excellent parking. The time spent with Nurse K. Gibbs was very productive & helpful in the recovery process of my ongoing illness
Excellent care, very clear on treatment and progress. Very caring explains options in detail. Always celebrates progress and has a very positive attitude that is contagious. Staff is amazing making you feel better.
It’s extremely frustrating when you have an appointment with Dr Gupta to then be pushed off to her PA. This has been the case during my last 4 appointments (2 years). If I’m scheduled with the doctor, I expect to be seen by the doctor. It should be policy, once a year you should have one on one time with your doctor. I have concerns I’d like to discuss with Dr Gupta, which still remain unanswered.
