They are busy but efficient at scheduling, communication and completed the work ahead of schedule. Nice people as well.
Excellent service on my functionally challenged EV, if a little difficult to get to if you don't have transportation. Fergus is an excellent communicator and responds quickly to texts and emails. Paperwork is easy to understand and clearly described findings and fixes. He was very up front about what to expect as the software fix takes hold. If Lyft wants to charge you $$$$$ (seriously more than $200 for a 25 min ride) and make you wait forever, consider Kitsap Transit. A bus runs between Kingston and Bainbridge Ferry Docks ... read more
