Have taken my Fisker Ocean here 2x - wonderful people and experienced techs (some former Fisker Engineers). Got Software updates, windshield replacement/calibration, trunk calibration, 12v battery Replacement and water pump replacement. Quick quotes, solid service, and work on Fisker Oceans!
They are busy but efficient at scheduling, communication and completed the work ahead of schedule. Nice people as well.
Excellent service on my functionally challenged EV, if a little difficult to get to if you don't have transportation. Fergus is an excellent communicator and responds quickly to texts and emails. Paperwork is easy to understand and clearly described findings and fixes. He was very up front about what to expect as the software fix takes hold.
