Came on a Sunday . Had to get new sensors for my tries . Every place was closed but this one. Drove in and was attended right on the spot . Great customer service . The people always kept me in the loop about my car. No surprise charges . Worked fast ! Was in n out . Place inside was very clean and cold. That’s good on a hot summer day . Sincerely great tire shop, - 10/10 customer service -10/10 did a well job -10/10 transparency . Will recommend to all my friends and family .
I drive a 2024 Ford Raptor with 4,500 miles, originally equipped with 37” BF Goodrich tires. After installing aftermarket wheels, I experienced persistent vibrations and a shaking steering wheel. Multiple shops refused to balance the 37” tires, and even after a road force balance at American Tire, the issue persisted. He explained what was urgent, what could wait, and never tried to upsell me. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality—Tesla-level service without the dealership cost. Lifesaver! These guys saved me! I was headed back to SF, and upon getting in the 5fwy I heard a funny sound coming from the front passenger tire, there was a HUGE bolt! I ran to Tesla ( $$$ + 3 hours wait) they referred EV Tires. A quick call and these guys were ready to help! Can't say enough about their patience, super chill vibes, and willingness to get me back on the road! So THANK YOU GUYS!
