Front desk has a horrible attitude needs to take some customer service classes they need to understand that the reason they get paid is because of the people and they don't deserve to be disrespected. I was scheduled to be there at a certain time and he wasn't ready to see me. I waited over 45 minutes after my scheduled meeting time. For being a place that claims to help out the hispanic community they dont have a good way of showing it.
I been going to ev service for years. And have been very happy with their services. Always there to guide me with my business all year long not just tax season. Highly recommend. And they speak Spanish and English.
