They gave my Mustang Mach-e a diagnostic review. They looked at the vehicle and noted Ford was mistaken in that Ford assumed that no updates over the air for the last 180 days, was a cause for concern. EV Parts and Solutions was able to discern that nothing is wrong with my car and I have the latest update from Ford! They refunded the reasonable $75 diagnostic charge and in spite of me offering to pay something they said no, no charge, pro bono! Came in today to have my air conditioning repaired. Was simply just a blower motor fair price and the work was done quickly in less than 2 hours and I was on my way. Definitely coming back for all my Tesla repairs here.
These guys were great. Did coolant delete and suspension work. Very good to work with and Very friendly.
