I have to say great service. We had a great sales experience, but the aftersales is even better. We have called in with a few minor things - that Matthew has helped us on immediately. I recommend the company to anyone looking at a new e-bike. I beleive they are apart of the big group - but offer the big site customer service! Thanks again!

dont buy a caofen. had a warranty issue ev moto sa want return my calls or emails if something goes wrong you will never hear from ev moto sa i have been trying to get some kind of response for 2 months still wating

We recently bought a Mazda cx9 from EV. The whole process was horrendous. No one knew what was going on, the communication was dismal. We drove almost two hours one day to go pick it up we were told it would be detailed and ready to go in case we wanted to take it that day. We got there and nothing had been done. The paperwork they were supposed to have submitted wasn’t done. So we had to come back in a week. I bought a Mazda CX-9 from this dealership. The whole process was over the phone and email as I am Melbourne based. Jacob was great to deal with and really helpful in answering questions during the sales process. Where things soured for me was the delivery process after the car was picked up from the dealership. Even though I paid for transport and registration upfront the third party provider who the dealership used said they have not been paid for delivery and held my car up longer than required.
