Wouldn't even give this medical centre one star. They have no care for womens sexual health. I've been given a disconnected number to call two times now, ive repeatedly told them the Lancashire sexual health number does not work, and there is no one I can get in touch with to have my coil removed, yet the doctor still refuses to remove it

The attitude of the receptionists is disgusting. They never get up from their chairs and expect you to shout personal details over to them. They need to be reminded that they are dealing with people who are often terrified of what's happening with their health and have a little more empathy. I have honestly never had to deal with a more smug, unhelpful and inconsiderate bunch of people in my life. May I suggest a course on how to speak to people that are often dealing with major health issues, such as cancer.

Gps second to none at this surgery Dr Ali has been fantastic however dropped samples of before Christmas with young lad on reception they got lost then again today in agony with a suspected uti handed sample to him its been left in a pot not even in a fridge and no note to the gp to test it so i have to wait another night in agony to get it redone in the morning actually frightening when your dealing with peoples heath

Dangerous & incompetent! They give out antibiotics and steriods like sweets - don't investigate anything. My mother in her mid 70s has been really poorly with a chest infection and cough for nearly 2 months and her Dr just gives her more and more antibiotics and steroids which are doing nothing and making her more resistant and poisoning her. They just don't care. Shocking place!
