I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel like I should share my experience so others can make an informed decision. I gave McKenzie two opportunities because I know not every appointment goes perfectly. Unfortunately, both experiences left me disappointed. The first appointment was for a haircut. I explained that I hadn’t been to a salon in about six years and wanted guidance on a flattering shape that would give my naturally curly hair more movement and volume.
