Pay and per diem are very low compared to most other contractors I’ve worked for. Benefits are not great. Communication is terrible at most times. No vacation days until you have been there 5 years. No sick days. And you better know exactly what you are doing when you go to work for Eutaw. MOST of the management does not want to teach anybody anything. If they have to teach you anything they will talk to you like you are stupid or just try to get rid of you.
