Whoever answered the phone needs to take some “potential client etiquette classes”. Not helpful and very rude. That’s not how you bring in more clients.

Two company's on Google one under transition counseling and now this one. Do your research. Stay away the guy who used to answer has a God complex. Hope he gets counseling. He needs it. He needs help he's rude and belittles everyone or used to why they hired someone with customer service skills, however, the guy who won't show his face is better than everyone. Why his back is turned in photo. Shows real integrity. I herd good things about this doctor but who ever this man is ruined it and sounds like for many others.
Very very rude. I called to ask a question and I was told not to call back that I already called and was told the answer. What’s crazy is I never called before this time. Definitely not a place I would send some one to get help.
