Worst experience ever, the whole process was horrible. I will never use this company again. Veterans United is the company I used in the past and will continue to use after this experience. For example I just received by mail preliminary closing disclosure for review dated may 18 2026, Iv already closed and signed everything. The only thing that went smooth was the signing of paper Thanks to Drew and Ronda Mason. I will definitely not recommend Eustis Mortgage to anyone I know. Thank you for the learning experience.
