Dr Fernandez was honest said presently I need revaluation in a year, I don’t need to start medicine at this time. Pointed out for sure I have some scaring in my lungs.
Liked his personality. Didn’t get any paperwork when leaving. I just found out they didn’t refer me to surgical Doctor.??
After an XRay and PETscan revealed a surprise lesion in my lung my internist arranged for me to see Dr Fernandes who squeezed me into his schedule the very next day. He was wonderful and took the time show me my PET scan images and explained my need for a biopsy for a more definitive diagnosis of the lesion. He explained my options moving forward and I left feeling confident that I am good hands.
He is an excellent doctor and I would recommend him to anyone. His bedside manner is top notch.
