They are very helpfull and easy to deal with MUCH better than the dealer. My wifes BMW had some issues that the dealer couldn't seem to fix right Eurozone did on the first try. Parts take time to come in etc. and it is a BMW, it has over 125k on it so far and still going like the first day we got it, if it takes 3 months to fix her car then it takes 3 months to fix thats how much I trust them. Like a nightmare that just doesn't end! – I was stranded in Winchester on my way home from Thanksgiving in 2008. The transmission in my Audi was having an issue and had to be replaced. Eurozone was very friendly to me, however, the price to fix my car was astronomical to say the least (less than the dealer would have charged!!) and took THREE MONTHS! I did not get my car back until FEBRUARY!!! I would not recommend this car repair shop to anyone, it would have been cheaper for me to have my Audi towed over 100 miles than to ... read more
