Horrible communication, impossible to get a quote and will decline your call if they feel like it. When he does answer he doesn't know how to properly answer questions.. recommend going in person to avoid talking to a clueless rep on the phone.
Had my 2019 GTI serviced here, and got pads, rotors, and the LSD done too. Vick was a good dude, and the price was much more reasonable than the dealer.

Have been coming here since roughly 2022/2023 when I bought my VW Tiguan through the Audi dealer. Didn’t have a mechanic prior to Finding EuroWurx.. Vick has been so helpful, honest and instrumental in my auto maintance journey. He always alerts me prior to issues becoming major and more costly. Recently had to get my brakes changed and he was able to save my barke rotor from needing replacement, he iixwd my brake pads, aligned the car and did the oil change and saved me upwards or $500 in the process.
