My 2016 VW Beetle had a check engine light come on. I pulled the code and it told me the intake manifold was stuck. Ugh! After calling around multiple shops to get ballpark estimates of how much this will cost me, Vic is the ONLY mechanic who put in the time and effort to not only let me know how much it would be, BUT he verified that my car was under warranty through PZEV (something not many people know about!). Horrible communication, impossible to get a quote and will decline your call if they feel like it. When he does answer he doesn't know how to properly answer questions.. recommend going in person to avoid talking to a clueless rep on the phone.
Had my 2019 GTI serviced here, and got pads, rotors, and the LSD done too. Vick was a good dude, and the price was much more reasonable than the dealer.
