Absolutely unbelievably great service. Talked and worked with Doug over my car that I brought in, a 2013 Audi A3. It’s old but gold and he took the greatest care with it. I was sort of skeptical about the place due to previous reviews but my friend with a BMW recommended it and I thought i’d give it a shot. Glad to say they didn’t disappoint. Found out a year after I had my driveshaft done one of the employees took my car out for a joy ride and was skidding it (explains why my vanos went out) definitely never coming near this place again
