We have 3 Euroto smart toilets. 2 work great, but one is constantly not working properly. The company never responds to emails for replacements etc.
This product is Junk. I have been trying for weeks to get some replacement parts and they just give me the run around. They routinely don't get email and takes them a days to get back to you. My product is two years old and mostly disabled! The lid/ seat is cracked in multiple places and they won't repair , their last email was they were out of seats! Not sure how that's possible.
