Alan did a wonderful job working on our BMW. He listened to what I wanted and delivered in every aspect. He also gave a reasonable quote for all of the work done. He is honest about what he does and a very reliable and trustworthy person to turn to for advice and information so as to make you feel like you're in the loop with what is going on, which I appreciated. Would go to him again.
