First off I walked in and saw the motorcycles in the showroom floor, they have all types of bikes for every type of rider from sport to cruisers and in between . I appreciate the no hassle pressure that I experienced sat on most of the bikes and never was looked at as if I were doing something wrong. The team was very pleasant to deal with. Good explanation of what was taking place. Facilities top-notch, I was very comfortable while waiting for my bike, which was done in less time than estimated. Excellent stock of bikes to look at. And I am extremely satisfied with my M 1000 R after 6000 miles.
Man, I cannot say enough good things about Eurotek and the people there. We started going in about 2 years ago just to look around and purchase a shirt here and there. Even though they mostly sell BMW, Ducati, and Royal Enfield, they had an Indian Springfield used that caught my eye. James could not have been more helpful. I’ve purchased 2 bikes from Eurotek and a buddy has purchased 3. The entire team is knowledgeable and friendly. I bought my Triumph Speed Twin there when they were still a Triumph dealer and even though they no longer carry the Triumph brand they were still able to complete my service and reset the factory service light for me. The fact they’ll let me roll off the lot on test rides boggles my mind but it’s definitely the reason I bought my Ducati Scrambler.
Great experience. Buying process was smooth and straightforward. James was very easy to work with. Fast and friendly service. I will definitely consider Eurotek for my future purchases.
