I contacted Vlad at Euro Tek to handle a situation with my wife's Audi Q3. Vlad, the owner, was extremely responsive to my message, picked up our car (for free) and finished the job for less than HALF of what I expecting to pay. In the world we live in, its hard to find a business that has great customer service, integrity, and professionalism. Vlad has achieved all of the above, and he has officially become the mechanic for my family. Thank you, Vlad!
Great mechanic on my Audi! He knows his stuff,and is fair on his pricing. He goes the extra mile to help you out. Well worth the trip to Florence,but do wish he was closer.
This is a relatively new import auto repair shop in Florence. Vlad is the owner with years of dealership experience. He has been very good dealing with our Audi A4 and has fixed multiple issues with the car. European cars are great, but you soon find that they are expensive to maintain. EuroTek is a reputable shop with realistic prices. He is my goto guy for Audi and BMW. If you don't live in the Florence area, it is worth the drive to try them out.
Vlad is the man if you have a German auto.
