Jaime is very nice when you walk in. My car was in great shape. Just needed an oil change. Newer model European vehicle. iMy car was due for a service which included refilling all fluids. I noted every single item that was required by the service. He said “it will be taken care of”. I picked up my vehicle and all the fluids dispensers were empty! Which was annoying. I have been taking my BMW to Jaime for the past 12 years. Every single time my car has ran as smooth as a day that I first got it. Jaime and his team have taken great care of my car in every way. I went in for an oil change, and they brought to my attention the fact that my brakes were incredibly wasted, and showed me so I could see the wear on them. If I wouldn’t have dealt with that issue right then in there, I would’ve needed a whole new disk as well. Forever, grateful for the dedication and service!
Jaime is the only mechanic my family goes to. He’s honest, straightforward, and knows what he’s doing. He’s worked on all our cars over the years and we’ve never had a bad experience. Recently, the brakes on our Mercedes-Benz were making a weird noise, and another shop told us we needed a full brake job that was going to cost a ton. Jaime checked it out, explained what was actually going on (it wasn’t nearly as bad as they said), and fixed it for a much more reasonable price. No drama, no nonsense.
