I want to give Frank and the team at Eurotech credit for how they handled my situation. There was an issue that required return visits, and instead of brushing it off or focusing on charging more, Frank took the time to review everything, understood my concern, and made it right. In the end, he waived the fees and stood behind the work. That says a lot about the type of business they run. Great people, honest work, and very reasonable. I've tried a dozen shops with my 13 year old Mercedes in Toronto and Eurotech is the best. I recommend them to all of my friends.
We have two Mercedes Benz GLC300 out of warranty and I was looking for a place to service them. Gemini gave me a few suggestions including this one. We took one of the vehicles there for oil change and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the attention received.
