Poor Communication – Dropped of my car on a Friday morning between 8-9am. They asked,"are you waiting on the vehicle," and I told them I was dropping it off. They called me later that morning and told me the items I needed to fix. They never told me a pickup time and never called back to tell me I was going to be without a vehicle for the weekend because they were closed on Sat and Sun.
