I had a wonderful experience at Eurotech both times. My Mercedes is a 2008. They were recommended by another Mercedes owner that loved them.
Everyone gets a bit worried or hesitant going to a new mechanic. If you’re looking for a sign as to whether or not this is the place you should go to, here it is. The service was phenomenal. They were incredibly patient, informational, and honest. There was no pressure to get anything done, and they exceeded all expectations. This company delivers what they promise! I’d never owned a German car before my Audi W3. The service is Half the cost of the dealership, easy to schedule and they explain everything so throughly to a non car person like myself. I’ll never go anywhere else.
Genuinely a dealer replacement! Super friendly staff, very helpful, amazing price (for the cars they're working on), great communication, and all around a great experience! I brought my car in for some routine service, and some maintenance items. Chris went above my expectations with not only explaining their process, but also making sure I got the correct service for my S5.
