I took my 2015 MB Bluetec to get alternator serviced here. First, they started quoting to replace my main and aux. battery. After negotiating, they agreed to NOT to replace any batteries and install a new alternator. this seemed like solved my problem. but, they simply replaced the alternator, recharged my battery and delivered the vehicle. I called Hero Tech Mechanic to ask about help with a car issue and explain my project car. Unfortunately, the customer service was very poor. I was made to feel like my business wasn’t worth their time. The mechanic said he did not want to entertain my project car and came off as dismissive and uninterested in helping at all. This shop always takes care of their customers and does a great job
When my BMW suddenly had a crack in the oil filter cap, my car dumped all its oil out. No one had it in stock, not even the dealer unless I wanted to drive 3 hours. I called Eurotech and they sourced the part immediately and had it to me within a couple of hours. Highly recommended! Matt and Kurt are amazing. Went way above and beyond to get me the part that same day. I know who I’ll call next time for sure. Thanks again guys!
