From the time I made the phone call, to when I picked my car up, i was treated with such kindness, respect, decency and fairness. Their customer service is 50 stars!! I haven't been to my repair facility that was so nice to me where I wanted to give them more things to repair!😉
The engine electric fan malfunction on my 2018 BMW M550i was fixed. I have a third-party warranty, and EuroTech handled everything directly with the warranty company — they took care of the entire process for me.
Brought my Alfa Stelvio in this morning for an oil change. Josh had me in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Same goes for the amount I paid. ( The dealers service department wouldn't even be in the same ballpark...) I appreciated their acknowledgement that I wanted a OEM Alfa oil filter. And they used a proper Valvoline 0-30 Euro synthetic. It's all good...
5 - Professional and informative service advisor; oil change service and inspection performed in a timely manner and additional maintenance identified; waiting area clean, functional and well maintained offering coffee, water and snacks.
Brought in my Alfa Romeo Giulia for a quick service and was very impressed, not easy for me. They certainly gave me the confidence to go back for all my Alfa needs in the future and gained my business
