This was above and beyond the highest quality of car care service I have ever received, and Eurotech has earned my trust. Javier's motto is "we don't want your money, we want your business." Some repair companies could learn a thing or two in terms of morality. You don't have to break a car to ensure a person will have to return, just do your job with moral integrity and treat customers right. That will ensure they return. Thank you Javier & Craig! This place is a joke. They are so scared of my review they keep deleting it. So much for welcoming all feedback! Bunch of cowards, scared of a bad review. Loaner while they work on Ya car is absolute BS, in all the times they had my care I never saw a loaner. And only once got picked up by someone. Now for staff. I am disappointed in this bussiness . Used to bring my car here often . I know my car and has been worked on by many mechanics . Asked for car to be put in machine to locate problem . It was and was told it was thermostat . This I knew . Kept car 3 days and on test drive they call back to say water pump bad ? That would have shown on test . Instead of quoting me for both parts that literally are next to each other from the beginning , they wait and quote me all over again . This should of been caught right on .
