I wanted to give a better review but I just wasn’t that impressed. I brought my 2007 MBCLK 550 for Service B. We started off badly. I had an appt for 8:30AM. When I got there no one was there. When a door was finally opened, I was informed they didn’t have the cabin filter and I would have to come back later that day or the next day. Incredible service! They not only know what they are doing but they inform you so that you are fully aware of what the problem is and how it can be remedied! Professional, timely, and not out to drain your wallet! This type of workmanship and customer service is truly a lost art these days.

I went into Euro Tech a couple weeks ago and got my headlight installed on my 2014 X1, BMW quoted me 180$ but Dreni and his worker got me taking care of. Installing a headlight on a BMW is like heart surgery, very tedious, but they had me out in no time for only 25$, there patience and customer service is unrivaled, I’ll def be back and recommend to anybody with European car problems. Thanks agin y’all
