I wanted to give a better review but I just wasn’t that impressed. I brought my 2007 MBCLK 550 for Service B. We started off badly. I had an appt for 8:30AM. When I got there no one was there. When a door was finally opened, I was informed they didn’t have the cabin filter and I would have to come back later that day or the next day. After the service was complete, I was given a receipt for the amount paid but without any details. I requested a revised receipt. Incredible service! They not only know what they are doing but they inform you so that you are fully aware of what the problem is and how it can be remedied! Professional, timely, and not out to drain your wallet! This type of workmanship and customer service is truly a lost art these days.
