It’s not very often that an auto shop business will put their reputation before their revenue. Henry Eljor, the owner of EuroTech AutoCare, is one such business owner. Henry, the owner, saved me from selling my truck because I was told by another shop owner to sell it. (2019 Ram Rebel 1500) I love my truck. Henry brought in a second opinion as well as his to diagnose and fix the issue which was a broken sensor that was making my truck respond Badly that caused my engine to burn oil when it should not have. I took my 2015 Mercedes ML350 to Henry because of intermittent problem with the power seats. I had been quoted over $3,000 to replace the electrical harness and $5,000 to replace the seat motor and harness. Henry took the time to listen and then went thru process of pulling the seat out and looking for a simpler explanation for the problem. He found were some wires were not making a proper connection. Dishonest, Unprofessional, and Caused Damage I contacted this shop for a labor-only quote to replace brake pads that I had already purchased. I was given a price and scheduled an appointment at noon. When I arrived on time, the mechanic immediately said he was “too busy.” If that was the case, there was no reason to schedule an appointment. Unprofessional, Misleading, and Shady — Avoid This Shop I scheduled a labor-only brake pad replacement (pads already purchased) and was given a price with a noon appointment.
