Vj was unprofessional and made inappropriate jokes. He also didn’t deliver on his promise of getting the bottom bumper repaired. You guys forgot to repaint the black part of my cars rear bumper. How do you charge the insurance company but not doing the work you promised to do? Vj also made very inappropriate jokes about me robbing the bank when I tried to pay the $400 excess with cash when picking up the car. Grossly unprofessional.
