Dodgy and unprofessional Poor job quality, we needed to call them back to repair work they had done on our manual roller shutters. It is also ridiculously hard to get through to them even after they say they will call you back. *we had to fix/repair their work on our own multiple times on our manual systems Also when I first originally left this review their receptionist called my partner and I on each of our phones being extremely aggressive and threatening legal action over leaving a review on their poor performance. My mum had her shutters fixed last month and she is still telling everyone about the service she received from your team. She is particular and a little fussy but she said Maree was so patient with her and listened to her concerns. The man that came to fix it was great too, he took his time to explain to my mum how to better use her shutter. She is so grateful to your team. Thank you again.
Very disappointed with this company!! They installed a blind knowing that we lived by the bay and were subjected to wind and extreme weather. They assured us it would automatically retract if it became too windy. When the piston broke, we were asked to pay $2488 for the repairs even though it was still under warranty!! Wish I’d never heard of Eurotec!!
