Terrible experience overall. We had a ventless unit put in and have had issues from day one. Pilot light goes off constantly. Multiple calls and shoddy service. Final straw was when they came to look at the unit and the man was so rude and condescending I had to get my husband involved- not because I was intimidated- but because I could not tolerate his sexist and dismissive manner.
