Shout out to Charlie & the team at Eurosurgeon. Officially the only mechanics that I'd let work on my car. Had an issue with my RS4 on Thursday night & had to be in Tauranga on Saturday for a funeral. I called Charlie on Friday, he got me in, diagnosed & fixed the issue before close on Friday. Seriously an amazing level of service. Thanks again Charlie & the team.
I'd been recommended by a friend to take my RSQ3 to Euro Surgeon because it was lacking a bit of power. After leaving it with them for a couple of days, they got back to me with the results of a full diagnostic scan. Called the team to see if I could bring my Volkswagen crafty van in for some diagnostics, and they were happy to help. From the start, the service was professional, friendly, and easy to deal with.
