Do NOT buy a Eurosun solar hot water system. In under 3 years the tank rusted out and failed NOT covered by warranty, another 13 months later the panel had cracked and leaks, also NOT covered by warranty. I have reported them to consumer protection due to the lemon i have been sold. I have essentially had to buy 2 solar systems in 4years!! WORST PRODUCT EVER with ZERO aftercare support. Go and buy a big brand with a real warranty! My previous big brand one lasted 14yrs without an issue!!
The worst solar hot water ever. Went by reviews 4 years ago and bought a 300L unit. It's had 3 leaks in the pipeline on the roof, and periods where it would either get so hot it would scald you and other days when it should be hot and be lucky to get 15 minutes of moderatly hot water. Now after only 4 years it's packed it in. When did hot water systems stop lasting 8 to 10 years? So annoyed
I have been reviewing this company for about week and my review has disappeared I wounded why and how business like this exists My experience has been the worst ever I am shore I am not alone
Having bought a house and finding out the hot water system was shot,we contacted Eurosun who promptly came out to assess the situation. The unit had to be replaced. Within a week we had a brand new system on the roof. The professionalism and workmanship of this company go above and beyond.i would thoroughly recommend Euroson to anyone wanting solar hot water
Very impressed by the service received from Clark and the EuroSun installers. My new system is saving me money and it was a quick clean installation.
