Great location, decent n friendly service. The room was ok but had a few faults. On the upside, the bed was comfortable and pillows ok. Also, couldn’t hear my neighbors, so well insulated. The gym is small but very well equipped. The shower in my room leaked, so kept having to use towels on bathroom floor to keep it dry. Best reason to stay here is the location. A short walk to Miracle Mile, a few blocks away from the subway (red line) and not far from Grant Park and the wonderful Institute of Art Chicago. Plenty of good foo... read more

My boyfriend and I chose the Panoramic King for 3 nights for our anniversary trip, chose this hotel for my love of ceiling to floor windows and I was very satisfied, the view was absolutely beautiful. Service and staff were very kind and helpful throughout the whole trip. Loved the restaurant in the hotel as well, we got the bed and breakfast deal as well and they had plenty of amazing choices in their menu.
