Great location, excellent service, rooms could do with a bit of a refresh (had a broken blind for example) but would stay again
The atmosphere of Eurostar was amazing! The staff was so kind and courteous. They definitely cared about the guests. We stayed in the panoramic room. The views in this room were so incredible we did not want to leave.
Horrible service, they accidentally gave a STRANGER a key to my room. He walked in saying they told him it was his room. Then the next day, they couldn’t find my reservation and I had to wait in the lobby for over a hour and ended up missing an important work event which was the entire reason I was in Chicago. Will be contacting corporate.
Literally, the only reason we book here was because this place had balconies so now I hear that they lock them now I was heartbroken. Then I learned that the hotel failed to implement changes before it was too late.. So I really don’t blame this city. I’d blame the hotel. Why on earth would you just let everybody up to the rooms and not have to use your key in the elevators.. Why was there so much crime there? You killed a good hotel
