We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company for a renovation. The contract was through our contractor for a home renovation. During initial discussions of what we wanted, the salesman lied about what was possible to get the sale, stating we would have retracting screens on the doors which was untrue, as we would find out. We’ve used EuroStar Windows twice now, they have excellent products and great service. Their installation crew is very professional and accomplishes the work with very little disruption. If you are in the market for windows and doors, don’t hesitate to choose this company.
Eurostar provided a complete new front exterior door installation and a new sliding patio door. Everything was as promised. Excellent products, perfect installation. We are going back to Eurostar for everything else from now on. We highly recommend this vendor and their installers.
We had all of our windows and doors replaced by Eurostar. They were recommended by our condo corp. We dealt with a different person at each step, which was confusing. I recommend they have one point of contact. The sales experience was great, but we ran into challenges during and after installation.
