I met Ruth at the Ottawa home show in January. I requested a quote. In February we decided to go ahead and place our order. Windows and front door arrived in June and were installed. We did have an issue with one window being incorrect size from the manufacturer. Euro Starr did submit a request for a new window and it was installed with finishings today 10/21/25. Ruth was very helpful in showing us the available product lines and understanding our needs for window replacement on our +100 year old home. Danny, the lead installer, and his crew were incredibly thoughtful and considerate while working in our home and accommodating work by another contractor on one day. I'd highly recommend Eurostar for efficient and quality window replacement projects.
We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company for a renovation and this is my opinion. The contract was through our contractor for a home renovation. During initial discussions of what we wanted, the salesman lied about what was possible to get the sale, stating we would have retracting screens on the doors which was untrue, as we would find out.
