Long Review: I took my 2006 Range Rover Sport to have the AC/Heat checked out by John since it was not working at all. I was planning on taking the truck to the beach with my 2 dogs and wanted to see if he could fix my Air conditioner. John replaced the blen doors and put in a new fan. Did not want to work on my car after finding out a few parts were replaced. Complained about the difficulty. I thought this was your profession. I was prepared to pay for the work knowing the difficulty. I could tell by tone of voice over the phone he was about to give me the run around. My hood latch was broken and before he could attempt to diagnose he complained about that. Told me it wasn’t opening. Yet me, a non professional is able to open the latch with ease.
