2025: continues to be the VERY BEST service for my mini....will never go anywhere else!! 2024:Awesome! Jennifer is great, kept me informed, in spite of Helene and shipping delays was done pretty quickly. got new starter for 2019 mini (drove thru too deep fl water too many times prob), 4 new perillis and adj, new washer pump (been fading for awhile)....bit pricey but got mil disc and sure beats driving to ft meyers!
I have been taking my 2012 328 there for years. They have done all routine maintenance to timing change and new turbo. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. When my new warranty runs out on my X5 I will take it there as well.
I have a GLS 550. I know it's an expensive vehicle to maintain and they did did the required services and fixed the problems on my car. Very open with what needed to be done. Very clear how the process would work and the pricing. I think they're very fair and they're shop is clean. That says something to me. I will be returning with my other Mercedes
