I would recommend anybody looking for a scooter not to purchase this one if anything goes wrong there’s no way of getting it repaired and they’re very slow at responding. It was nice for the first year. I had it but now it’s a $3000 weight. I recommend anybody not to purchase this Scooter.
Very rude combative representative at their show. This is not the type of people you want to give your hard earned money too.
The lady at the booth got upset at me and decided to walk away and let my disabled dad get off the vibrating machine without assistance. Mind you, she pulled him in while he was riding in his scooter and having oxygen. Clearly recognizing he has an issue walking. She was definitely an odd ball and not someone you wanna talk to if seen at any state fairs.
Saw them at the state fair and wanted to look at prices because I was interested in buying. I stepped in to get a closer look at the price and I was yelled at for "touching their equipment." I understand I may look a little young for my age however there are several ways that they could have protected their merchandise from children besides yelling at them. Went to the state fair and came up to the booth. HORRIBLE customer service!! Lady was being rude and unhelpful. The products look like they were made in Taiwan by some overworked kid in a sweatshop. Never would consider buying after that experience. Do NOT recommend to anyone living on earth!
