First time customer and found through google search. Very happy with service on work done on some vintage car parts for an old BMW. Nice shop, clean and very helpful staff. Will have all my work done here on my garage queen car from now on.
I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. While the front staff is friendly, the shop quoted me $1887 for a carbon cleaning, claiming it was the issue with my vehicle. However, I sought two second opinions, and both mechanics suggested that a carbon cleaning likely wasn’t necessary. I decided to take my car to another shop, and they quickly identified a hole in the hose as the real problem. They fixed it for a fraction of the price. Paul in the back shop and Carol up front helped make my experience as smooth as it could be. Communication was great. Pricing was very reasonable and they allowed me to use some parts I had (but could not install due to an injury) As a DIY Mechanic, I am always weary of bringing my vehicles to a shop, but I am happy to know about Paul and AutoHaus for my VW needs. Would highly recommend to anyone needing Euro service for their vehicles. Thanks!
