Exceptional service. Managed to fit me in on short notice and saved my a**e. Timely, precise, and agreeable staff.
This is going to be a painful review. My first issue with this place is i took my car to see them as the rubber under the break had worn away so the break was flat on the floor. This means the break is always active. We also had it in for a general service. 2 weeks after I got the car back it broke down in the same way. It turned out that instead of replacing the piece the had just shoved paper in there as a stopgap method of fixing the issue. They also proceeded to make me pay again to fix their mistake. I've used the team at Killara Garage since 1991, with occasional visits to others when my new car warranty required. Having moved from West Pymble after 15 years, I travel from Jervis Bay for the peace of mind of leaving my car with them. They take initiative to identify things you may need to think about, which most mechanics don't, and are happy to explain things. Definitely my no 1 go to mechanics.
