1 star, and honestly even that feels generous! I want to start by saying the guy who served me was friendly the whole time, no complaints there. But being nice to a customer’s face means nothing if you’re trying to rip them off behind the scenes! I brought my car in for an oil leak. All they did was clean the engine and run a diagnostic. They told me I needed a part replaced: $600 for the part, plus another $600 for “two hours of labour” to install it. A total of $1,200!! For one part and two hours of work!! Very quick and professional. The guy there said I could come in as a walk in for a quick coolant top up even though I had no booking. I was super relieved since I was in a hurry to get somewhere else and couldn't without my car. I thought I would've been upcharged something ridiculous given I was very obviously clueless but he just gave me some additional advice and said nah. Kind man :) will come back and book for servicing when I need
