Great shop. Had my RS4 serviced and very pleased. I feel fortunate to have a great shop specializing in European cars close by in CT!!
I brought my 2001 Audi S4 here for a clutch replacement and it turned into a disaster. The car was stuck in their shop for 3 months and my final bill was $7,892. The invoice was $3,867 in labor and $3,325 in parts (clutch kit, flywheel, hydraulics, seals, etc.), plus fees and tax. They had to pull the transmission twice due to bad parts plus misalignments.
