I rarely post negative reviews, but I feel people should know about my experience. I had previously spent thousands of dollars at this shop addressing this same issue, and I left at the time trusting that the problem had been resolved. Sadly, I was mistaken. When the issue returned, they wouldn’t even answer my questions over the phone and seemed primarily concerned with collecting a $250 upfront fee. I recentley moved to the area so they were my first choice when I needed a recent service. I’m very particular about who works on my car and they are great! Recently had new tires, coilovers, control arms installed. Very very happy with the work… clean, prompt and they have great communication!
