Easy to work with and extremely competent. I've known some of these guys since before the business opened. They were great then and now have the proper equipment and have put together a great team of techs. Unlike dealers, they are personable and will actually talk to you about how your car works and how to keep it running well. Seems like dealers want to do the minimum and sell you a new one when you break something.
