Nice doctor but I got frames that were $359 and then found the same frames online for $95. Take the prescription do not buy frames from them. Lesson learned.

Worst customer service In Eyecare/Eyewear – The absolute worst customer service from management/owners. They are very happy to take your money but totally inept at problem solving. The problems are numerous. Beware.
Business response:
Well.......This is NOT the typcial customer service at Europtical. As owner, we back all frames for one year, and are very reasonable to solve any problem. However, in the PAST there are some situations where we are bound by insurance companies rules, and we were required to sell their frames. I'm HAPPY to say that we have removed our office from such insurance companies. Although, as owner I was never informed of this customer's concerns, and that I find extremely unusual.
