Unacceptable Business Practices While travelling in an unfamiliar city, our vehicle was assessed at Euro Autohaus for a transmission flush and filter change. We accepted a one-week wait and confirmed the appointment twice. When we arrived, it was cancelled on the spot—and later we were told they wouldn’t even look at the van for another week.
