2 years plus car has been so called waiting for part on my car in his shop and still has not repaired car and is now in peices with being complety paid upfront for repair and part this is a sham 1 star doesn't even come close to the rating this shop deserves negative 5 would be more fitting
Good reliable
They told me the price would be $1000 then I come in with my car completely blocked in and they tell me I’m not leaving until I pay $2000 I told them I will not pay that they locked me inside their building gate until I called the police . They then went inside the building and locked the gates wouldn’t talk to the police when they arrived they still have my vehicle now after also paying them $500 . Will be taking them to court and telling my credit card provider if I don’t get my vehicle back
Worst experience I've had at a shop. My mercedes wouldn't start so I brought it in. They kept telling me one week it'll be diagnosed. Almost three months later I make the weekly call but this time I say I want to take it somewhere else. The shop owner reasons with me and tells me I have warrenty on some stuff so it could be free depending what the issue is...
